Media, Recording & Promotion
Dr. West desires to make it as easy as possible for your team to promote and capture the event while honoring the integrity of the message and the people in the room.
Audio & Video Recording: Churches are welcome to record audio and video of sessions for in-house use and on-demand replay for their congregation, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Live Streaming: Live streaming is typically permitted on your church platforms (website, app, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with appropriate attribution to Dennis West Ministries.
Photography: Event photography is welcome. We ask that photos used publicly represent people with dignity and modesty, in a way that honors the Lord.
Promotion: You may use Dr. West's name, bio, and provided images to promote approved events in print, web, social media, and email.
Resource Tables: When possible, a small resource or information table is appreciated to help attendees connect with follow-up content and discipleship resources.
